Dubai Smart Government Launches mDubai App
Dubai residents now have one single mobile application, which combines every government services together.
Dubai Smart Government launches mDubai App for iOS and Android users. The app contains all services under 11 categories, including Utilities & Bills, Public Transport, Security & Legal, Health, Driving, Official Procedures, Islam, Education, Business & Employment, Housing and General. There are 42 available services in total under these categories, which enables Dubai residents to pay their pay their bills, top up public transportation tickets, pay their parking fees, view their residence visa status, locate the nearest hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, ATMs and more.
The app aims to achieve the initiative of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to become a smart city and per the directives of HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, to integrate government services into a single app.
The mDubai app is for individuals living in Dubai, giving them easy access to relevant government services that are presented in a convenient way. These services have been provided in collaboration with many government entities and range from transport, health, education, housing, bill payments and much more. All these services are available with single login, using MyID authentication service.
